Meal BFF
Terms of Use
Last updated: September 14, 2026
These terms cover the Meal BFF website and the Meal BFF app. By using either, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use Meal BFF.
What Meal BFF does
Meal BFF is a weekly meal planner: you answer a few things and it tells you what to eat this week, around household size, budget, diet, allergies, foods you love or avoid, food style and kitchen, then hands you a grocery list grouped by store section. The website shows ready-made weeks. The app lets you plan a week on your phone. Both are free and work without an account.
A planning tool, not a promise
Recipes, times, servings and grocery lists are for general cooking and shopping. They can be wrong. Budget tiers (tight, balanced, comfortable) are planning guides, not live grocery store prices. Check labels, package sizes and what things actually cost where you shop.
Food, allergies and diets
You are responsible for checking that a meal is safe and suitable for anyone you cook for. Diet tags and allergen filters (milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, sesame) are based on the ingredients we list, not a medical assessment or a lab test of packaged food. Always read product labels and follow ordinary food-safety practice. Meal BFF is not a substitute for professional advice.
Photos
Dish photos on the site and in the app are illustrations of the meal. They are not a photograph of the exact plate you will cook.
Acceptable use
Use Meal BFF for your own planning and cooking. Do not try to break, scrape or resell the service, and do not use it for anything unlawful.
Changes
We may update the site, the app or these terms. When the terms change in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top of this page.
